All partners operate under strict data processing agreements.
To protect our website against attacks and abuse, we use Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). In this context, connection data such as your IP address may be processed in the USA. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Apart from this, we do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. Should this change, we will only do so on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), and we will update this policy to name the recipient, the purpose and the safeguard used. You can request a copy of these safeguards via privacy@purpleracelabs.nl.
Article 6. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. On purpleracelabs.com we currently only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work. They are set without consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 11.7a Dutch Telecommunications Act; Section 25(2) German TDDDG):

We currently do not use any analytics, marketing or personalisation cookies on purpleracelabs.com. Should we introduce such cookies, they will only be set after your prior consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and will be listed here and in our Cookie Policy with provider, purpose and storage period.
When you first visit the website, our cookie banner informs you about the cookies used and lets you accept or reject optional cookies with equally prominent buttons. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future via the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page.
The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google servers is established for this purpose.
Our online shop at purpleracelabs.store is operated on Shopify and uses its own cookies, which are described in the shop’s privacy policy.
